Residents are encouraged to use smaller amounts of water during the morning hours, starting approx. 8:00 AM and concluding approx. 2:00 PM. Village officials and the Ottoville Chamber of Commerce are working together on a project to update the pole mounted Christmas decorations hung along our Village streets. We are asking for financial donations from local organizations and individuals to keep our Village looking festive during the holiday season.
