Christmas Decorations

Village officials and the Ottoville Chamber of Commerce are working together on a project to update the pole mounted Christmas decorations hung along our Village streets. We are asking for financial donations from local organizations and individuals to keep our Village looking festive during the holiday season.

CodeRED Weather Alert

Did you know, Putnam County has a service called "CodeRED"? This service is free to all county residents, and will alert you to severe weather and other emergencies that affect life and property to large areas of the county. During severe weather, if you are in the area of the warning issued by the National Weather Service, it will call your phone to warn you of the impending weather. The Village of Ottoville has double-grind mulch available, free to residents of Ottoville to come and get all they want. First come, first serve. This mulch is the product of all the brush trimmings, and limbs picked up over a years time within the village. If there's enough interest for it, perhaps we'll provide loading service on a particular Saturday morning of the Spring Months.
