Cindy Blake, Owner: 

I graduated from Ohio State Barber College and worked in Athens, Ohio for 17 years with a Master License in styling, color and perming. In 1998 my husband and I purchased the building at 201 West 3rd. Street in Ottoville. I opened THE GENTRY on April 27, 1998.

We continue to grow:

We have a Nail Tech. Deanna Gallagher. She went to the Ohio State Beauty Academy, and received a license as a Managing Manicurist. Specializing in Acrylic Application and Natural Nail Manicures. She has been with THE GENTRY since August 1, 1998. Deanna is also a graduate of Ottoville High School.

We have also expanded our hair world. Cassie Ditto has climbed aboard after graduating from Ottoville High School and Vantage Vocational School with a Cosmo degree, in June of 2001. She then extended her degree by attending Ohio State Beauty Academy for her Managers License. She started November 5, 2001
